Description
The acb Gallery is participating in the main section of STAGE Bregenz 2025, within the framework of the Tensions program, curated by Hana Ostan-Ožbolt-Haas. Our gallery will be represented at the event with a solo presentation by Zsófia Keresztes.
Zsófia Keresztes (b. 1985) lives and works in Budapest. She graduated from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts and creates monumental sculptural works and installations that, through their materiality, connect both virtual and real worlds. Her large-scale works exude a playful, otherworldly lightness while their openness allows for dialogue with their surroundings and viewers. The fragile yet robust pieces she creates combine various forms, rich with associative possibilities and a conscious defiance of structural conventions.
